Snow Nice is ice shaved into snowflakes, so that the specially prepared syrups can penetrate right through. Our variety of mouth-watering syrups appeals to all ages and tastes - just the thing to beat the heat! It is easy to make, unique, novel and highly profitable.
Beware of imitations... only Snow Nice is a "shaved ice" product and will give you the correct results and product quality.
Add Snow Nice to your existing menu by using our unique electric, easy to use, robust, long lasting ICE SHAVER MACHINE.
All you need is a 280 litre deep freeze to make ice blocks. This you do by using the ice-making moulds that are supplied in the starter kit. An ice block is placed onto the machine and shaved into fine SNOW. The snow is collected and put into a tub or cone, syrup concentrate added and served.
The flavoured SNOW is an eat, not a drink.
The syrup concentrate comes in a small bottle - you add sugar and water to make 5 litres of ready-to-use syrup. Pour the syrup onto the SNOW by way of a tot measure on a syrup bottle to give you exact portion control.
There are 11 mouthwatering syrup flavours.
We supply you with a STARTER KIT consisting of ice forming moulds, mixing jugs/storage containers, pour bottles and pour spouts, labels, poster, step-by-step picture format on the whole process.

THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO MAKE A SNOWNICE AND THAT IS BY USING SHAVED ICE - DON'T BE FOOLED BY CHEAP IMITATIONS!
Competitors use an ice crusher which chips ice cubes into small pieces. They call this shaved ice but don't be fooled, it is easy to see the pieces if chipped ice, and this is certainly not shaved ice, which is totally smooth and has no ice particles. This is not SHAVED ICE and will give you an inferior product.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
True Shaved Ice
On our Ice Shaving machine, the ice block is rotated against a blade and this shaves the ice block into very fine layers of a Snowlike powder.
This is the important point, in that when the shaved ice is like this, the syrup concentrate that you add will adhere to the Snow and penetrate completely so that all the snow in the tub or cone will be covered right down to the bottom of the cone/ tub to the last smooth mouth full. The snow texture in ones mouth is a most pleasant sensation, and when smothered in our syrup flavours is what true shaved ice is all about.
Imitation Shaved Ice made on an Ice Cube Chipper
This process only chips ice cubes into small pieces. These pieces still remain solid and can not absorb syrup. When the syrup is applied it simply runs through to the bottom of the tub as the syrup is not able to penetrate the pieces of ice and hold the flavour. The result is that you end up eating course pieces of plain ice with no flavour, and all the syrup ends up at the bottom of the tub. These ice particles are rough to the tongue, and in no way smooth and soaked with syrup.
Our best advert is when you try the difference between the two systems and then you will be convinced that only Flavourlicious Shaved Ice will do!

A hand operated machine is impossible to operate on a continuous basis, and that is why we have developed this exclusive easy to use electric machine. Snow Nice has huge impulse appeal especially at outdoor venues.
All equipment needed for serving is included. All you do is make ice blocks and mix syrups.
