I defy anyone to walk past where Boerewors is on the braai and not be tempted into buying. The aroma is the most mouth-watering of all foods.
We have developed a unique system whereby you are able to prepare boerewors in a trailer so that you are not overpowered by the smoke and heat, and that the aroma attracts customers.
Boerewors Cones, our product, is unique to us. We have developed an edible savoury cone that is filled with either boerewors chunks, boerewors and chips or french fried chips.
The final menu of what to offer would come from options such as Tomato Sauce, Chutney Mustard, Pickles, Peri-Peri, BarBQ or any other condiment that would be tasty as a combination with boerewors. You eat not only the boerewors and chips, but also the savoury cone which adds to the overall taste.
A lot of the preparation can be done in advance so that when on site and trading, you have backup in order to speed up the operation so that you minimise the customer waiting time and to be able to serve as many people as possible during rush periods. This will all be covered in the free training programme.
This is a totally new way to eat and enjoy boerewors! You eat it all, not only the boerewors and chips, but also the savoury cone, which is designed to compliment the taste of the boerewors and chips. The savoury cones have been developed specifically for us and is exclusive to us.
